EEB Program Career Planning, Professional Development, and Research Progress Form

Instructions for students: The purpose of this form is for students to share updates on career goals, professional development, and research progress with their thesis committee. Students should start career planning early and discuss plans with their thesis advisor before each thesis committee meeting. To submit the form, students should write a summary in the text boxes below, attach a 1-2 page summary (PDF file) of their research progress since the last committee meeting (see EEB Program Guidelines for instructions), enter their email address* and the email address* of each committee member, and submit the form at least three business days prior to each thesis committee meeting. After the form is submitted, it will be sent by email to the student, all members of the thesis committee, the EEB Graduate Program Administrator, and the EEB Director of Graduate Studies (*email addresses of the student and committee members are required in order for them to receive the form).
